BEPRO continues on growth track
BEPRO STAHL, Germany, continued its growth track in 2011 and is looking back on another record year. The company achieved an excellent result, with sales largely exceeding expectations. Thus the ‘specialists for specialties’ in steel trading have one more time impressively proved their strong competitiveness and good positioning in a highly challenging market. The company has been able to intensify or expand its business activities in all areas – both domestically and abroad.
After having sold its warehousing facilities in Essen in late 2011, BEPRO is going to centralize and expand its storage capacities in Gelsenkirchen-Bismarck by erecting additional warehouses and a new office building. This will take the total covered storage space to 25,000 m2, outdoor storage space to 5,000 m2 and the available office space to 900 m2. The company will thus be able to increase the range of material on stock in addition to further enhancing its customer focus and performance level.
“We will continue growing in the future,” state Peter Schorr and Sören Filipczak, the two managing directors of BEPRO. “As a private-owned, medium-sized trading company, we are optimistic about our market opportunities in the next years to come. There is still much potential to be tapped. Our target to sell more than 100,000 tonnes of steel per year is within reach.”
The business developement in the first two month of the year 2012 is very promising and gives reason for optimism.
